Returns and Refunds
We keep things simple and fair.
All of our products are made to order, which means each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we aim to minimise unnecessary returns while still making sure you are fully protected if something is not right.
Changed your mind
If you are based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned in the original packaging where possible
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

A clear photo of the issue
We will offer either:

A replacement at no cost, or

A full refund
Items that cannot be returned
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Products that have been worn, washed, or used

Items not in their original condition

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
Made-to-order products
As all items are produced individually for each order, we encourage you to check sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
How to start a return
Please contact us first before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions and address.
Returns sent without contacting us in advance may not be accepted.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within a few working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
